Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Responsible for this website and for processing your personal data is Andreas Reimer, owner of the holiday apartment Flores del Mar. You can contact us at .

In short

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, does not load content from third parties unless you choose to play the video (fonts and images are hosted on our own server) and has no form that sends data to us. We only receive personal data if you email us.

Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.

Enquiries by email

The enquiry form on this website does not send anything itself; it only prepares an email in your own email program. If you send us an email, we use the details you provide (for example name, email address, travel dates and number of guests) to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange your stay. We keep this data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

YouTube video

The video on this website is hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). It is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and is only loaded after you click “Play video”. Until then no connection to YouTube is made. Once you start the video, YouTube receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies; YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies.

External links

The link “Open in Google Maps” takes you to Google’s website. No data is transferred to Google unless you click the link; after that, Google’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the authority in your country of residence.
