The apartment has 81sqm. It is just completely renovated and finished with a high standard, all the furnitures and electronics are brand-new. You can enjoy TV in the living room(55 inches) and both bedrooms(32 inches) with UK, German and Spanish channels. The A/C system can be used for cool and warm air for either hot or cold weathers.
