The apartment is located directly on the beachfront and you also have immediate access to a Garden Bar, where you can get full English breakfast or meal during the day or an odd pint of beer and other drinks while enjoying the fantastic sea view. You can see over to Morocco / Africa on the other side of the sea, on a clear weather day from your terrace.
You can also choose one of the three pools (closest pool is 20 meters away) or a tennis court in the community to use. The neighbourhood is mixed, with permanent residents and holiday makers from UK, Spain, Germany and so on. Therefore it is in the off season not completely empty.
The next Restaurant after the Garden bar is just 2 minutes walk away. The next Supermarket, pharmacy and Taxi service stand is 5-7mins walk away. The next bus station to Malaga or Marbella can also be reached in 5mins. Within the community area, it is even possible to book a variety of day / boat tours.
It is also possible to walk to La Cala de Mijas through the boardwalk in 20-30mins, in La Cala you have a nice beach, variety of options of boutiques, shops, restaurants etc.
The surroundings of la cala de mijas gives plenty oppertunities to explore. You can do Swimming, Walking, Golf, Hiking and many more. You can enjoy the beach and the promenade all year around through the direct access from the apartment.
